Complete odor elimination in all cases
Exact drying times
Restoration of pre-damage condition
Results on fabrics or materials not suitable for treatment

Any cleaning outcome depends on multiple variables outside our control.

5. Appointments, Access, and Customer Responsibilities

By booking or requesting service, you agree to provide accurate information and reasonable access to the service area.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact and service address information
Disclosing known issues (fabric sensitivity, prior DIY treatments, pet accidents, damage, etc.)
Ensuring safe access to the furniture and service area
Securing valuables and fragile items before service
Ensuring a safe environment for technicians (including pets, hazards, and access conditions)

We may refuse, pause, or terminate service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary beyond scope, or materially different from what was disclosed.

6. Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Payment terms, cancellation policy, and rescheduling terms may be provided at booking, in your quote, invoice, or service confirmation.

Payment is due at the time of service completion
Late payments may be subject to collection actions and permitted fees
